Did you try to reinstall your firmware?

Yes restoring your default settings will delete your accounts. And to fix your signing in problem you go to debug settings and put your np environment as np not sp-int. Re installing your firmware dont do anything with this problem as it dont replace the friends.xml or the prx that loads the friends in the VSH. Know this from sources
