Yep, the latest version of Rebug's 4.75 CFW comes with a 4.76 spoofer, as well as some other little fun features. But to answer your question, yeh, there isn't any need for SEN Enabler, just update to 4.75.3 and you'll be good to go

Yes you can install it over your current CFW.
However for the 4.76 spoof to work you need to be in Rebug Mode. Normal mode does not spoof to 4.76 so if you prefer you can use a spoofer if you don't want to go into Rebug Mode or if you run into any problems.
