If it is the LVL 2 Kernel that has changed you can so into rebug toolbox and on the sencond to last option you can change it to DEX there by choosing the top option when you change it it will say something along the lines of it has been changed and needs a restart for the changes to take effect but that is how you get it back on to the DEX kerlnel.

No need for spoof mate! Just open rebug toolbox go all the way to the left to "Utillities" Scroll to the bottom and press "Change Active PS3ID" Then select "EID5 84 CEX" Done! Keep in mind you must be on DEX!

System info says 4.65 and ccapi says 4.70 o.O

And Sony is at 4.76, not sure if 4.65 auto spoofs to 4.76 like 4.75 and 4.70 does.

Are you sure your on DEX? Make sure you check System Information on Rebug Toolbox.
