Main Problem
Somewhere in February my PlayStation 3 got either MAC banned CID banned or both. I have tried on several occasions to fix that, but I think ever since the 4.70 update as a DEX ITA user I have been having issues with that 'instant-ban' thing. No matter what I do it seems that I am always banned. I am hoping this can be fixed, maybe I'm over-looking something, and I hope for some proper guidance.
Additional Information
+ DEX ITA 4.50
+ CECH2001A
+ Tried New CID
+ Verified & Tried New MAC Address

There's nothing that you can do if you get banned. The best thing to do is to is to get cid from some trusted sellers. You can google it since cid is not allow here on NGU. Everyone that have a cfw carry the risk of getting banned any day. Hope I answered your question.

Thanks for moving it Adrian, I appreciate it.
To further explain. I have been banned before, but never like this. I have changed my MAC successfully before because Rockstar banned my MAC and CID once upon a time at the same time. So I've already tried a new CID and a new MAC and a new Account. I'm still facing the instant ban thing every time I try to sign in.
For some reason I feel like it has something to do with me being on DEX ITA 4.50. Should I maybe be on something else? Any suggestions on that? I'm sorry if any of my questions seem silly, or absurd. Remember it's been since about a month after PS Home shut down, that I haven't modded. Literally as soon as 4.70 OFW released I have been out of the picture. Just randomly got the will to get back into it.

While I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. There's still plenty I can do. I just need to know what I might be missing:
● I have tried changing ONLY my CID.
● I have tried changing ONLY my MAC.
● I have tried changing BOTH my CID, and my MAC.
● I have tried changing EACH my CID, my MAC, and my account.
Yet to no avail. Which is why I think it has something to do with DEX ITA 4.50 (and any used spoofing). I feel like I heard that people were switching off of DEX ITA, because their CFW was no longer working properly, and was just getting everything instantly banned. I wasn't quite sure if this was true, so I didn't bother until I was officially told by experienced individuals on NGU if that was a wise choice to make, or if there was a simpler fix.

I suggest not writing in such a small size, it's not needed and makes it harder to read. I think that you may not be changing your CID correctly or your new CID is banned too.

I don't really see how anything I'm typing is hard to read, no one else seems to be having any trouble. Anyway I know how to change the MAC and CID, I've done both before when getting them both banned. That's not the issue. The issue is that ever since 4.70OFW I've been getting instantly banned any time I try to sign in with a DEX 4.50 Spoofed to 4.70. Now my question is basically: Is it true that those on a DEX ITA are more likely to get banned than those on something else. If something other than a DEX ITA 4.50 is better, then how would I go about downgrading and switching to the appropriate thing? - I should have better worded the question before, but I wasn't exactly sure how to ask what I wanted to ask, till now.

Have you tried updating CFW? I've heard ITA gets banned faster but not like how you're describing. Try updating to rebug d-rex or another firmware of your choice and then spoof with CCAPI.
