Main Problem
Somewhere in February my PlayStation 3 got either MAC banned CID banned or both. I have tried on several occasions to fix that, but I think ever since the 4.70 update as a DEX ITA user I have been having issues with that 'instant-ban' thing. No matter what I do it seems that I am always banned. I am hoping this can be fixed, maybe I'm over-looking something, and I hope for some proper guidance.

Additional Information
+ DEX ITA 4.50
+ CECH2001A
+ Tried New CID
+ Verified & Tried New MAC Address

I will try that immediately, and get back to you, and let you know what happens. Thanks for helping out!

Switching to D-Rex (for DEX) as we speak. Hopefully after doing this, I won't have that issue anymore. I have to say it's been quite boring playing games regularly without any mods. That's the worst feeling after modding for such a long while.

Idk if anyone asked you this but do you have Antiban on any of the games you play? What are they? And do you patch up before you sign in

The only game I really modded online was Black Ops 2. I did have anti-ban for that, but that isn't what had got me banned.

The ban came instantly and spontaneously when PSN released 4.70ofw. I was on DEX ita 4.50 spoofed to 4.60 at the time, and I had heard somewhere that ita was no longer working. Later on they created a 4.70cfw, but to no avail. It basically got me instantly banned upon trying to sign it. Almost like it was a hoax by the ITA team. I proceeded to change my CID, and my MAC, as well as make a new account, and still I was banned.

After a while I gave up, and didn't care anymore. Now I do care and need help getting out of the hole I've been in for this time. I took someones advice here, and switched my console to REBUG (D-REX), unfortunately now some of my PKG's are not working. I want to try changing my CID, but when I go to open most of the associated PKG's they just come up as a blank screen, and nothing shows.

Is there a certain PKG I should be using to change my CID?

I really need someone (anyone) who is willing to help me step by step. I have never used REBUG in my life, and I have no idea what goes along with it. I have been on DEX ITA for all of my modding time, so I'm really in quite a jam.

Just use CCAPI to change the cid, I also recommend to set it as Boot cid.

Some packages are specifically designed for ita and ita alone. For rebug you will need Rebug toolbox, Multiman, psninja, psnpatch and CCAPI.

That makes sense. I will use the CCAPI as suggested to change my CID.

That explains why my packages were not opening properly. I'll have to get rid of the excess, and ensure that I use only the ones you named above. Thanks for the help guys. Hopefully it's just my CID that needs to be changed. I really hate having to change my MAC over and over every time I check. I'm sure you all know how tedious and annoying that is.

Now as far as my games no longer loading correctly. I'm assuming that React PSN only works per CFW type. Meaning that because I changed my CFW, I will have to use React PSN on all my games again? (I get all my games from PSN Stuff. So I'm assuming that's why the games are giving me errors when trying to launch them.
