Do a barrel roll!
i cannot make ps3 accounts
i cannot enter redeem codes
when i click either of them it says connection timed out
i am on the latest firmware of rebug with cobra mode on
webman on
and on dex
i dont understand how do i fix?
i cant do recoverys so i find it very pointless to own a jailbroken ps3
all of my accs are banned and i cant make another so therefore i cannot play online
please help?

What about your debug settings? Have you change anything? The option that can cause all your problems is NP Enviromnemt.
And SONY made a new update so you have for REBUG to make a new firmware for DEX Users.

nope debug setting are : np
and it has been like this since before the update

Do you have a VALID cid set to the console before trying to create an account or sign in?
