i cannot make ps3 accounts
i cannot enter redeem codes
when i click either of them it says connection timed out
i am on the latest firmware of rebug with cobra mode on

i dont understand how do i fix?
i cant do recoverys so i find it very pointless to own a jailbroken ps3
all of my accs are banned and i cant make another so therefore i cannot play online

Check your NP Environment in Debug Settings and make sure it is on NP, not sp-int.

1. Set a valid CID to the ps3.
2. Go to You must login or register to view this content. and create the account.
3. Go to Debug settings and change "Network settings for debug" to "single settings".
It may still try to time out, just hurry and skip passed to the part where you decide a name/ID for the account and you should be fine.
