All i know is it was messed up when i stopped using it. So today I downloaded and installed rogero 3.55 downgrader and it worked! Then I installed q&a pkg and it dosent work. it goes black and then back to xmb. It didnt do anything. I tried doing the sequence thing in network settings and it didn't work. I've tried installing multiple other firmwares but it says data corrupted. I've tried 3.55Kmeaw, 3.55OFW, nothing works. just says files corrupted. Also my LV2 kernel is CEX and my target type is DEX. please some genius help me solve this mystery so i can get back to modding! Thankyou!

Try installing a dex firmware as your target type is DEX.

I have tried to install them but it keeps saying file is corrupted

Reinstall the downgrader you're on twice, then (after the second install) run the QA Toggle twice and try the combination. If the QA flag works, try to install a 3.55 DEX firmware.

The buttons can be hard sometimes, it took me a few tries my first time.

I know it sounds like it won't work, but this worked for me when I had this problem.

So you are not able to QA_flag is the problem I see. This usually means your disc drive is to blame. When you qa_flag, it should restart and beep for confirmation that it worked.

Insert a dvd/cd into the disc drive, scroll to video/music. If it will display dvd/cd but not a bluray disc, then you laser is shot. If not let us know what happens.
