(without flasher tool).

thanks for all the answers guys. . finally got my ps3 two days ago, 20xx jailbroken and i managed to upgrade to rebug 4.78.2 REX.
my next question are, what is the safest way to get my ps3 online ? do i need spoofing tool ? which spoofing tool is the best for now?
(i know that the risk of getting banned is always high, i just want to know how to minimize the risk)
