Place the SerenV2.sprx & Serendipity.txt into your PlayStation 3 FTP Folder: /dev_hdd0/tmp/
Now place the EBOOT of your choice into your PlayStation 3 FTP Folder: /dev_hdd0/game/BLES01807/USRDIR/

It does tell you on how to install and a tut on how to do so
