Some games I play such as COD W@W, I cannot manage to get them to run off the HDD, maybe it's the same case with some of your games.
If it is you may need to research how other people got W@W to run then try the same thing with your games?

Problem fixed, I guess with destiny the "boot mode" option has to be set to release mode, not system software mode
