So yesterday i tryed to downgrade one of my ps3's using E3 Flasher.
It all went fine to i was going to boot up my ps3, then no sound, video or anything.
When i press power button nothing happens. But if i Hold power button in for about 30 seconds it beeps once and turns off.
It all started after Flashing e3_downgrade.bin.
I have a Valid Backup ( Checked with PS3 Dump Checker )
Also there is no HDD activity at all.
Cant get the console into recovery menu.

FW - 4.78
Model - CECH-2504A

I noticed you are using a 25xxx series. Did you run MinVersChck first to see if it was manufactured with 3.55 or lower?
If you did and that is ok, you will need to get a good, valid backup and flash it to the console to fix this. Flash the file to the console as "bkpps3.bin" (no quotes)

Lowest FW is 3.40 if i dont remember wrong
looked true all my backups and i see now that i dont have any 100% backup.
Is there any way to fix this without a backup ? or any way to get the files needed from the ps3 ?
Thanks Smile

It will most likely take some work with hex to fix the backup(if even possible at current state, depends how bad the backup is) if you don't have a valid one, but fixing a backup is out of my range of knowledge, sorry..
