By mistake , opening the Multiman Cobra Mode (mmCM), I clicked " Yes" when it showed a Menu for Update Singstar to 3.09, deleting mmCM. How can i re-install it?

I have never seen this happen before, are you not able to simply reinstall the .pkg on your console or have you already tried that?
