If you know a better way to transfer files to your system without a PC please let me know.

That should be the Ps3's IP, if that's what you meant.

This can be found in a number of places. One being on the XMB, second column from the left, go to System setting>system information>

1.Type the ps3's Ip into the "host" box in Filezilla.
2.On the Ps3, open multiman or rebug toolbox (must be opened in order to connect)
3.Click quickconnect in Filezilla.

I do have COBRA Enabled whatever that is.

you can also use tmapi to FTP just make sure ur in the XMB, and make sure ur IP is correct when connecting ith filezilla and that u are in rebug toolbox or multiman or some thing that enabkes the FTP server

What mod menu, for which game? Since, you may have either placed it incorrectly or need to also add something else?
