I had this problem when I put my new PS3 on CFW before I checked what firmwares CCAPI supported, all that you have to do is downgrade to 3.55 CFW and install an older version of Rebug REX. I believe that Rebug 4.76 is compatible, but I installed Rebug 4.75.3
