You could just reinstall your cfw..

Speaking of which, if your console is not handling very graphically challenged situations(if that's what you meant), it could be a sign that your RSX chip is failing and you should replace the thermal paste to prevent potential overheating..

Thanks for the downloads man, and after I close a app or game it doesn't show the waves. It just shows a black background, I currently have the blue background with red waves.

You can just reinstall your CFW and it will install the original lines.qrc

I'll just replace it, don't fell like reinstalling the firmware thanks anyway man
