What are your temperatures?

Webman is usually pretty good about this.

Check your fans, blow dust out, and in an extreme case reapply your thermal paste.

I'm not sure, I'm done using my PS3 for tonight. I can check tomorrow, but do you know if there's a way to disable this?

If this is happening then surely the temperatures are too high. In that case, I can only suggest replacing your thermal paste. Here is my tutorial on it

Your console has most likely suffered from overheating. That doesn't always mean that the console is hot. It is damages been done after overheating has happened. Your solder under the GPU and/or CPU has become lose or damaged.

As @HackedTutorials suggested, you should change your thermal paste immediately and hope for the best. If it does not fix the problem, you will need a reflow, reball, or to replace the console.

It's not the heatsinks, because the issue I just found out is only happening on BO2.
I can play GTA V perfectly fine for hours.
