It will grey out an update if it is incompatible.

For example, you cannot install a DEX cfw over a CEX cfw, and vice versa. You must make the conversion to either or, and use a cfw based on the region (CEX/DEX)

Are you sure that you're on DEX?

You should base it off the "target type" of the console. This info can be found in multiman system info or in rebug toolbox system info.

Go to System Information in rebug toolbox! You should find it at the first row to the left side at the first column! Check if your LV2 Kernel and Target Type is CEX/DEX! It has to be like this! LV2 Kernel: CEX or DEX , Target Type: CEX or DEX! It can't be like this! LV2 Kernel: CEX , Target Type: DEX or vice versa , because it won't work!

It says firmware 4.75 DEX LV2 DEX target type DEX but yo so like when I'm in a game it won't let me display the xmb menu when I press the ps button tried several controllers still won't work
