(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hello i was wondering what i would have to do in order to switch my HDD im not sure if i would have to re jailbreak my system or can i just boot up and reinstall all my pkg files and roms

1. Insert the new hdd
2. Boot the ps3 into recovery or wait for prompt
3. Select option "restore Ps3 system" or follow prompt
this will format the new hdd to the ps3
You will be brought to a black screen asking for your last syscall (last cfw you had installed)
4. Reinstall your cfw (or downgrader if you want..)

Done.

You will need to reinstall games and homebrew and anything that those come with.
