(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Please bear with me as this will be long. But I want to include as many details that I can, in the hopes that someone can assist me.

*it may be of import, that while I was still on CEX, and Sony released 4.80, I decided to try to use SEN Enabler to get back online. I followed the following route paths to active SEN Enabler SEN/PSN Options>Enable/Disbable SEN access>Enable SEN Access>YES. This did not work. Although my system information now said 4.80, PSN still asked for an update when trying to go online. So I disabled SEN Enabler following this route path SEN/PSN Options>Restore Default spoof>YES and decided to go to DEX since DEX was not having online issues, and frankly there is a lot more that can be done with DEX.

So I decided to convert to DEX. Firstly, I installed Rebug 4.78.2 REX(my system is already QA flagged), then used this tutorial You must login or register to view this content. to convert to 4.78.2 D-REX. Then I followed this tutorial You must login or register to view this content. to safely get online with no issues other than the actual game issues which I will get into below.

The problem I am having, is that any time I try to backup GTA 5, I seem to be missing files needed to mod the game. I might add that before switching and even after switching to DEX(while still using the original game backup that was backed up while still on CEX) the needed files were there. Then I installed the newest version of Multiman, and when I did that, it deleted the folders within Multiman that I created to contain any of the files that I changed to run mods in GTA 5. At that point, I decided to delete, and re-install the game so I could start from a clean copy, as some of the files in the game update folders were now modded script files, and didnt mesh well with the sprx file I was now trying to use since I was now on DEX(kept freezing the game 5-10 minutes into every online session), and I no longer had the original game files since the new Multiman deleted them.

Once I deleted and re backed up the game, something very odd happened. The folder hdd_0/GAMES contained the root game files like it should, but the folder hdd_0 DID NO contain either the BLUS31156 or BLUS31156_install files that should have been therre. This has never happened as every other time I have backed up a game, a file was created in both locatons(for some reason which I don't know, GTA 5 creates the additional "install" file as well which is normal). Now, since all mods are added into the hdd_0/game/BLUS31156(or BLES08718 if memory serves me correctly directory once converted) I could not even convert the game to the BLES version, much less add mods to the folder. I tried multiple times of uninstalling and re-backing up the game files, going back to the original Multiman I had, different file managers, and nothing seemed to work. I am truly at a loss as to what could be going on.

Now I just tried something else, I tried a different game. I tried MW2 this time since its a very quick game to install vs some of the other games I have on my hdd,and it's one of the few games I still own a disk for :P. This game installed perfectly fine, and had the needed file in both locations, both in the "GAMES" folder, and the "game" folder. So now that know it is not the console, or any of the software installed, it leads me to believe it HAS to be something with when I tried to convert the BLUS game to the BLES version(which I was successfully able to do previously). Does anyone have any idea what might be going on here? Keep in mind, that with GTA 5, I was still able to install updates, and play the game even with the missing directory folder which makes absolutely no sense...unless that folder is there, just in some ass backwards location on the hdd(I did search to the best of my ablity an could not find it). I did try to delete and re-install the game multiple times and it keeps doing the same thing.

I would really like to figure this out, so if anyone has any idea where i might look for the missing hdd_0/game/BLUS31156 folder might be, as it has to be on the system somewhere since I can update and play the game?... I think during one of my attempts to convert it to BLES from BLUS that I must have done something that changed the dierctry location of the file, I just have no clue what I could have done. Anyone have any ideas or any suggestions for me here?

if not, it's not a huge deal, as I actually broke down and just bought a BLES version of the game so I can directly install it as it is technically a different game an it will be here in about 4 days, I would just rather not have to wait that long to play my game. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Could this be related, or do you happen to know how I may go about deleting the game?

That should only happen with discs. Not sure if you're doing something wrong or its corrupted.

Update: just read your other post. I was right lol

Yes however 90% of tools are made for Bles? Am I mistaken?

Depends on the game.

My original issue was not answered in this post(however there was some good advice given), but I ended up figuring it out. It all had to do with the process I was using to update the game. I have since figured this issue out. Still having some other issues, but I'll create a separate thread if need be for the separate issue. This particular issue has been resolved. All good to close this one out Smile Thanks.
