(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'll make this as short and sweet as I can. I recently converted to Rebug 4.78.2 D-REX. When I was back on Habib running CEX, I had no issues running CCAPI 2.60. Once I converted to DEX however, I cannot get CCAPI to connect. I did a little digging and found that CCAPI 2.60 isn't compatible with Rebug 4.78, so I decided to try out CCAPI 2.70(even though most tools won't work on 2.70). Still having the same issues where I can't connect CCAPI to the console. Again, I never had these issues before with CEX, was just wondering if anyone might have any suggestions as to what is going on and how I might fix it? I am currently ticking with GTA 5 as I don't need to RTM with it, just nee a good menu. I would lie to get CCAPI up and running so I can stat playing the various CODs again though...

PS-yes I know I should be running TMAPI with DEX anyway, but honestly I just went through a week or more long ordeal getting GTA 5 to run correctly and for now, I don't really want to fuck around learning how to use TMAPI just yet. I will of course eventually do so, but for now I am putting it off.

You did reactivate CCAPI on the PS3 itself, right? There's really no reason to be on such a high firmware. You can be on 4.70 D-REX and just use Senenabler and be fine.

CCapi 2.60 might not be supported on 4.78. You should have went to 4.75.3 rebug its a great firmware. Try ccapi 2.70 or go to a lower firmware.

I completely uninstalled and re-installed CCAPI on both my PC and PS3, and ran the program on PS3, didn't work. As per 4.78, I just went with the most recent version, which I'm finding out through this and other things may have been a mistake... I don't really want to convert back to CEX, then downgrade again, just so I can put a different version of Rebug on...I'm lazy. lol. That, and I do not use SEN Enabler... when I was still on CEX, I tried to use it, my console even said I was spoofed to 4.80. PSN still asked me to update. So I just don't have good luck with SEN Enabler. Only thing I'll use it for at this point is if I ever get MAC banned...

Yeah, I did do some research, 2.60 isn't compatible with 4.78. That's why I also tried to use 2.70 because the source where I found 2.60 wasn't compatible, said that 2.70 is. That's why I tried 2.70 an had the same issue.

I used the most recent one I as able to find, It was a week or so ago, so I don't remember where I got it from, but I'll give this a whirl and see if it works. Also, I don't nee a debug eboot for CCAPI even though I'm on DEX right? I would only need that if using TMAPI correct?

Not yet, Of course I haven' been paying it much mind as of late, and only recently got back on the thread. I'm gonna try the version posted by Dog88Christian when I get the chance, and see if it works. I'll update the thread when I do.

Correct, it's optional. Ccapi will still function with or without one though. Let me know how it goes, make sure you do it on both PC and PS3.
