Well if you have modded files for the game then that's probably causing the issue. Did you replace anything in /GAMES?

the whole i downloaded i did paste it in the /GAMES and then i am opening it with irisman cause my bluray cant take CD's

That's fine. Now, delete any game data utility for the game and launch it. Update on launched when asked. After that test online.
