Yes I did I went online and there was no one only 1 guy that's it can you teach me how to change the bles code on my game witch is on the hdd

If you have original files and didn't mess with anything and still having that issue then changing regions won't do anything. It's a network issue. You didn't replace an eboot correct?

Who's eboot are you using anyway? Just install the update again, here's the pkg: You must login or register to view this content.
