If you're on REBUG go into Toolbox and make sure the LV2 Kernal and Target Type are both set to either CEX or DEX depending on what you're on and make sure your CID isn't banned and entered correctly as well.

If you try signing in it'll say "This console has been banned" or something along those lines.

Nope it say An error has occurred. You have been signed out of PSN. (8002A224)

Check your DEBUG settings to see if they match these:
NP Enviroment - NP
Release Check Mode - Development Mode
Boot Mode - System Software Mode
Network Settings For Debug - Single Settings
Also try changing active PS3ID in Toolbox

Network settings was on dual changed to to single and changed idps but still same result hmm 😏

Yea I tried 3 accounts it was working last weekend I've never seen this code before

So just to confirm you've tried an unbanned CID that you know works and it still wouldn't let you sign in? Just most cases i've seen that error code using a new unbanned CID fixes it if the other things i suggested don't.
