(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); so i just start my ps3 up for first time in a week and this error code comes up when trying to sign in to psn

Hmm not really sure what to do then. I mean it's happening on all accounts but the CID isn't banned and you have all your DEBUG settings correct and have already tried changing the PS3ID so at this point i'm at a loss for what to do.

Hmm maybe I just uninstall everything and install it's and downgrade to 3.55 and back up to 4.80 again but I don't really want to do that

People are are saying go to CEX PS3ID I'm try that when I get home I've been pressing Dex cause that's what I'm on

Correct you want that on CEX, even if on DEX. To make this easier, you can use CCAPI to change your CID 8X to 84 (CEX) and set on boot so you don't have to use toolbox each time.
