I have two hardisk 250GB and 320GB both internal
the 250GB works with my system great no problem at all

but the 320GB, when I plugged it, it gives me this message:
the system storage cannot be accessed
I try to Rebulid database but it's not possible same message


I'm 4.76 DEX but not sure which version it is, it shows it like this in rebug toolbox...
and the 320GB hardisk works good when I connect it to my PC

The rebug toolbox isnt compitable always tried 6 versions so far

What version of toolbox do you have installed? You are on 4.76 as well?

You said you were on 4.76. But you shouldn't have used anything below .07 as those don't support 4.75+. I can get you to convert using an alternative application. Do you have skype so I can assist further?
