heres rebug 4.78.2 put it on usb and it will install no problem

Rebuild ps3 if still not. Go install rebug 4.80 rex without downgrade 3.55.than install rebug toolbox. Go in toolbox and enable toggle qa.than go debug setting and find System update debug make this on.restart ps3
