I never messed with my speeds before, but after my 3rd YLOD I thought it was time too. Temps on this system stay under 55C with fan running 60% at all times. So is the light thing normal? Why the freeze?

Well if temps stay super low then I doubt it's the thermal paste. If it's the fan I think it would do more often.
