Anyways im now trying to install a 3.55 rebug cfw and it tells me the data is corrupt, error code 80029CCA. I have tried to install many different cfw's and I am still getting this error code. Someone please help me!

Try redownloading 3.55 Rebug and safely ejecting. Also, rename them.

Sorry first post on here lol! I was on DEX but now system information does not show cfw it only says version 3.55

Ah that's probably why, you should've converted to CEX. Do you still have your flashes to convert back?

just use a dex pup to upgrade iff your on dex ( you may have used a dex downgrader iff you managed to downgrade whlie on dex but you might have to toggle QA once again ......then go into your debug setting and make sure system debug update setttting is on ....

sorry gonna sound like a right noob lol but i got the ps3 already jailbroken.. not sure what flashes i need tbh? before downgrading I did have QA enabled not sure if thats relevant lol
