Try reinstalling CFW and rebuilding database all in safe mode.

Reinstalling the cfw via "storage media" correct? because i attempted to do so already.

Thanks so much. But now i need to find out how to fix irisman. i go into it and restore default PSID & console id. then i back out and it doesnt load the xmb, just little particles in the background

Delete Irisman and reinstall latest version.

REBUG 4.78.2 D-REX EDITION. Firmware 4.78. while reinstalling, my lv2 kernel is cex but my target type is dex

Are you disabling sys calls or using ofw mode?

The app may not be compatible with your CFW.
