That's why. Doing that will show you are on CEX when you aren't. If you don't disable them then you can see real lv2 status.

So should i use a different firmware? also when i go to irisman and do the check thing it has a bunch of errors.

You don't need Irisman. You can use any other app that has the exact same thing.
