(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My ps3's fan is going extremely fast and loud, this is making me think the ps3 is going to freeze and shut down or blow up :O any help would be appreciated!! i have looked online for fancontrol but my firmware is to updated for the homebrew :(

Use webman and set the fans to the temp you want and the ps3 will run cooler if that doesnt work you can change the thermal paste and remove dust in the case and fan this should do the trick

I recommend setting the fans at 35-40%.

Do a barrel roll!
Where do you have your PS3? Make sure there's space around it and maybe try pointing a fan at it.

By my window it is well ventilated lol.. how much is thermal paste and where can i get the legit stuff pls ?

It;s pretty cheap, some Artic thermal paste is about $7. You must login or register to view this content. one I found on Amazon, it's non conductive so I won't ruin the components of the PS3 if it spills. And by the way, only use a pea sized amount. It will spread out once you cover it up.
