The game is Dark Souls, BLUS30782 on latest patch 1.09.

Tried it, either they do nothing or give me posion or some other meter that I can't remember what it does.
I tried your tool and the poison meter goes nuts. Only thing that works is the souls but it just gives 268435455 souls.

I do have the BLES of the game, just wanted to try my hand at finding HP myself :C. Your tool works on that version just fine though, except the souls don't go to max

Don't want to bother you but I've just been playing with Demon's Souls and I'm trying to find the XYZ coordinates, and was wondering what ranges you typically search in.
I know it's not Dark Souls, however, same would apply for what I'm trying to find out.
Doing unknown search in ranges, do you start off with start address 00010000 to 0209000 and move down to 021D0000 and 02220000? Sometimes Netcheat would crash if I do that, depending on how many results there are.

Edit, I think I found the address for Z. My camera would fling to whatever hexadecimal I input but the character doesn't follow and isn't permanent. I may or may not have tracked the pointer down as well, since it does the same thing.
Think if I find XY next for camera then find character XYZ, I can have a good base for a noclip cheat?

sounds like you're on the right track since youre getting the screen to move. Keep searching till your get your guy to move somewhere.


I wouldn't start out from the bottom and just keep searching random and all ranges, I would first find out what ranges other offsets are at, then widen the range a little and start searching through bits of that (in increments of 10000000 or at most 4million results (depends on PC) so netcheat doesn't crash) for unknown value. I hope that makes sense.

Gotcha. Well, I've found a few random things for the camera like camera position for X, so you can't move the camera up or down.
I also found some camera FOV stuff I think.

I think camera range is around 32000000 to 34000000 so I'll have to check other ranges for actual character placement. Don't know if I should be heading down the range or higher at this point but I think anything beyond 40310000 is kind of useless but don't know.

I decided to try your guide on the BLES version of Dark Souls 1. I don't know why but the address is the same as the BLUS version when I try to find it.
Even though your cheat works, I cannot follow it since all I get in your range is address 3673BFFC and not what you get which is 319B18C8. I'd restart the game and it'll always be 3673BFFC. Really frustrating trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong here.

edit : i see what you mean now. Those addresses in the pictures are not valid or even from the same game. I only wanted to show you where to go in netcheat and the addresses in the search are only an example of a dynamic address that you have found. Sorry for the confusion..

I'll give it another shot and see if I can follow along . It's fine, understanding how things work takes time for me apparently lol.
Is the range for pointer search going to be the same as before or would it be around 32000000 to 37000000?

Also, doing search for health at 35000000 to 37000000 shows the same address I keep finding but at some point, it'll get removed off the list of results if I select unchanged even if my HP in-game doesn't change at all.
I tried range 32000000 all the way up to 37000000 and it's either the same address or nothing at all.

I can make a video going through the steps I'm going through, if that'd help you understand where I'm going wrong
