Noob needing help with mod menus

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just bought a jb ps3 system off eBay. First time ever using one. Can someone tell me step by step on how to add and delete certain menus? It came with about 15 menus. Only two don't freeze the game and that have a good amount of choices in the menu. The others either freeze up when in use or have only about 10 different options to use in the menu.
