I checked the Np and it's on "np" idk what else to deo it's driving me insane. Please Help!!

I am pretty sure I do have valid cid. But I can't even create an account on the PS3 system so like it still has the sign up and quick sign up options but when I click both each of those time out! I created a account with my phone but can't even activate the console cause you need to use account manager but I can't access that it isn't an option

Yes it says "the connection to the server timed out ! Usually it would be the "np" setting but it's not

Are you restarting the PS3 after setting it to NP? Have you tried making sure it's in small letters like np? If those don't work, try rebuilding the database in the recovery menu.

Sorry am a noob but yes I have restarted(shut it down then turn back on) and it is np in lowercase ! And how do I rebuild database

Hold the power button down, to completely turn off your console. Keep holding the power button down until you hear a beep followed by 2 consecutive beeps. You will be prompted to plug in your controller via USB.

Select Rebuild Database from there.
