Try this and see if it helps and make sure turning 'on' the NP in Debug setting and changing it to np and restarting ps3 after you change it

Did you ever use a CID from a generator?

Tried it a bunch of times still shows the timed out screen! I have the np settings right idk what's wrong

Well the guy that sold it to me didn't know how to get it online and he was pretty sure it was never banned and it's not giving me a banned error code or anything like that !

People cant sell you something and not know the information. So yes he was using those fake CID's. This should help you

You need to purchase a legit, valid CID from someone TRUSTWORTHY (can't stress this enough). Or, you can acquire a 100% private CID, yourself.
