(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I was recently playing GTA 5 Online (Modding) and I got signed out the error code I keep getting (Using hotspot data connection and home connection both got potentially banned) is 80710016 and on ps4 I'm getting WS-37397-9 is Sony banning IPs again?

And you cant use any other accounts at all right. Yo i honestly dont know whats going on. On ur ps3 are you on dex?

Nope can't use any accounts at all on my home internet but on my hotspot it works absolutely fine I wish I knew also been gaming on PSN since December 2009 and never had this issue before in my life and I've tired both my DEX and CEX consoles none have worked Sal

You might have to do some research on google or youtube to solve this honestly cause im stumped and never seen this before

I'm probably just going to call them in the morning to find out what is going on I've been trying to change my IP with a method I used before when getting DDoS'd and it worked but it's doesn't seem to be working this time around

Im in same boat just happened few hours ago ......exact same issue . Swapping my box out tomarrow .....internet fine just cant sign into anything psn related on my home internet . psn app, ps3/4 ,and laptop psn. all errors . But works off other connections........

could be PSN having an issue, if u think its an IP ban try using a VPN
