could be PSN having an issue, if u think its an IP ban try using a VPN

Sony started issuing IP Bans I believe starting yesterday. The only way to fix it is to use a VPN, get a new router/modem, or to change your IP if you have a Dynamic IP.

Is there proof of this?

Hope they don't start banning the whole subnets.

Go to PS3 Mods Questions and Inquiries and look at the last like 10 threads, around 6 threads are people getting error codes like 807 which is a DNS error code. Everything leads to them being IP Banned. I've had a couple people purchase a new router and get it fixed. However, a VPN will be more likely to prevent the spending of hundreds of dollars on a new router. I'm not sure how good the detection rate is for IP Bans.

I don't think its IP banning, That's not enough evidence stating that Sony is banning IP's on PS3. 6 people out of hundreds of users, I dont know Kam i think its a big leap to say its IP banning.

Just wait and see. A ton more people will come asking for why they're getting the error code. Is your CFW working fine? Not sure if you have one.
