There default settings contacted my isp they said they can't change it as its a dynamic ip. They said contact Sony to unban it and Sony said to contact my isp to unban in they just have me jumping through hoops

This is what I would do:
Call up your ISP and tell them you are having issues with your router. Some devices in the house are not connecting to it. They'll send some maintenance guy and you should get a new router. With that, you'll get a new IP.

Most of them won't change your IP Address though. I'm not sure if this is social engineering, but just say that your router is constantly offline and such due to perhaps being DDoS'd and they should send a maintenance man with a new router within a couple days.
