Unfortunately its too easy and too many people get on not knowing really what they are doing. I dont see a problem at all.... If IP banned just reset (unplug) your modem and wait for 10-30 minutes. The ISP will issue a different IP then your back in business. If they doesnt work, 99% of ISPs will reset your connection after a day.

But however it can depend what games u play, if u play the newer cods like AW and BO3 on PS3 then the chance of ban is high, if ur on MW2 or WAW or COD4 the chances of being banned are significantly lower.

i also heard they are cracking down on GTA5 as well.
