Hey guys I went to repug toolbox and i changed From Debug to retail it say (will restart ps3) after restart XMB won't load just background showing ,
I try with safe mode options and still don't work any help guys

Is safe mode working at all or?

try to install these, one of them may work for you:

If it works, great! One is CEX downgrader, the other is DEX downgrader. You will know if you can install a CEX or DEX cfw from there, based off which one worked for you.

If it doesn't work, I would try another known working hdd..

If that doesn't work, the console may need to be reflashed again..

It happened cuz I changed from debug to retail
I'm on 4.80 REX [DEX]
and I fixed it via back to debug
