So I got a 4.80 DEX ps3, never had an issue modding, and now i'm suddenly having issues. Since the banning, I had to use a ethernet cord from PC to PS3 to mod with a VPN. I ran TunnelBear and it worked fine on my ps3, but now i suddenly have issues. Everytime I have a ethernet cable connected, my IP goes from an actual IP to a IP of 0.0.0.0

When I unplug it, it goes back to an actual IP address. Anyone know how to fix this?

I kinda had a similar situation. I had connected to wifi then switched back to the Ethernet cable connection and somehow it worked for me Idk. Thats what I did and it work idk if it will fix the problem

If I had to guess then maybe your router is unable to assign an ip, Try a different cable to rule the cable out. There are different kinds of network cables , Might not even be the cause but wouldn't hurt to look into it . This is what I am referring to You must login or register to view this content.

You using the paid version of tunnel bear? If not you've probably ran out of bandwidth, think they give you 500mb before stopping the vpn.

Could try a different VPN?
