Post: Toggled XMB Operation Mode to Retail - Blank!!?
01-15-2017, 09:14 PM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello.... In Rebug Toolbox I switched XMB Operation Mode to retail (thinking that it would be a safemeasure). It said it would reboot once I exited Rebug Toolbox. After rebooting, nothing comes up. I have a background but no icons and the notifications about webman loaded and CCAPI still come up at the top right.

How do I fix this? Any help would be highly appreciated because I am having a minor panic attack.

UPDATE: I'm in PS3 safe mode right now... I tried restoring default settings and all that did was cause the ccapi and webman loaded notifications to not appear anymore. What should I do? Restore PS3 system, or System Update? I really don't want to brick... I just bought this :'(

Just try to reinstall your cfw.

I had this problem but fixed it just try it
First go to safe mode and click on restore default settings after do that back to safe mode and click Restore PS3 System™ after restored ps3 icons should shows when it shows go to network icon over up click on custom firmware tools then click on repug settings and finally click 'Toggle Debug Settings Menu' and 'Toggle Rebug Mode'

I had fixed this problem via this way
Try it 'Good Luck'
