The problem with that, is that person may sell the same idps to other clients. Few can resist free money. Maybe try going to pawn shops or buying a broken PS3?

Yup quite a few people will sell the same to multiple people, whether on purpose or accidentally. Even the Admin on Console Crunch has sold duplicates Sal

If its <4.70 then you can extract via a tool on your PC, literally just by using a proxy Winky Winky

If not you'll need an E3.
