Do your fans go super sonic before it shuts off? If so, replace the thermal paste. It worked for me.

Chances are that your console has suffered damages from ylod. You can replace the thermal paste as suggested above. If it doesn't work out, your console will need a reflow, a reball, or to be replaced.
