Why would you want to do this?

Download winrar or winzip and extract the contents of the iso into a folder. Name the folder the title of the game or something. Usually its like [BLES12345] - TheNameOfTheGame

Connect your ps3 to filezilla, and drop the folder into dev_hdd0/GAMES

Open multiman, select your game and play

I know what are you trying to do. You want to put the Game on your FAT32 USB But it's 4GB So you can't. Use a PKG Splitter or Use an FTP Client such as FileZilla.
