If it's not attached properly it might give this code. When you install it make sure you snap it on like a lid. Attach one side then press the other side. Do not apply it directly downwards as it might not connect. Of course when it is attached, you may have seen in videos that people apply pressure using various clamps and setups to ensure that it does not lose it's place, if it does you can damage your ps3.
