The thing that I dont understand about DDOS attacks is a game like gta 5 everyone complains because people freezing there consoles but no one complains about getting booted offline for 30min which is worse that getting frozen.

You need to contact your ISP and have them switch your IP or if u really want to prevent one i would use a VPN that has ddos protection.
