Can't update from 3.55 OFW

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've downgraded from rebug 4.81 D-Rex to 3.55 OFW but now when i try to update to any CFW it doesn't let me. I've tried the 999 dowgrader and QA Toggle wouldn't work as well. It gives the error code "80029CCA" and says the data is corrupted. In the system update settings every option is greyed out except Update via Storage Media. I've tried recovery mode updates and it says there's no applicable update. Anyone know any ways to fix that? Thanks

Did you convert back to CEX and then go down to OFW?
