try reinstalling your jailbreak firmware

I dont know what cfw i have and how do i reinstall it

1. Start up the PS3 see what coldboot comes up, if you see the rebug or anything that's not like the official PS3 coldboot, I'm sure you still on a jailbreak 2. Go to system settings, system information it should say what firmware version you on 3. go to system update if you on DEX firmware which it should only give you one option to click on which is update via storage media, update via Internet should be blocked and won't let you click on it reply me or quote me back see what you have for 1st 2nd and 3rd questions hope I can help you and my stuff make sense lol
And check if you got debug settings under settings tab most custom firmwares have debug settings I believe
